YOGA FOR MOTHERS

Being a mother is the practice of yoga, the recognition that we are not separate that we and the universe is one. When I started to be a mom 22 years ago, I learn to love and understand to its fullest life in all its complexity. As my kids grew up, they gave me inspiration to be a better human being and a more fulfilled yogini. In this class; we will encourage the natural connection between Mom and the baby during pregnancy and after with: “mom and baby yoga”.

Champa Cyr is a certified Prenatal and Mom and baby yoga teacher, she is there to facilitate relaxation, acceptance and awareness within the group of moms and babies.
